INNOKINESTHETIC WORKPLACE
INNOKINESTHETIC WORKPLACE is a physical and cultural space that supports different states during creative process. It is place and culture of trust. It is a fertile soil for authenticity and choices which are the oxygen for ideation. Different states: Listen Go inside Change the perspective Find a balance Move Move with me Change the focus Isolate yourself Connect hands and head Don‘t think Concentrate The workshop is part of the process »Leadership Academy« developed by Ekvilib Institute. The workshop is developed and facilitated by Ales Kranjc Kuslan. cam&edit: GEŠESTKA, gaja madzarevic music: Track Name: Inspirational Indie Rock Artist: Sokolovsky Music - Sokolovsky Music Playlist: http://bit.ly/SokolovskyMusic-MFM This track's license, Creative Commons Attribution, requires attribution. LET ME MOVE YOU, LET ME BE MOVED
LET ME MOVE YOU, LET ME BE MOVED …explore the space …look within …encounter the other Where do I feel safe? Where do I end, where do you start? How close can I let you? Who leads, who follows? Where are my boundaries? How easy is it for me to say no? What do I want to say yes to? "Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." - Brene Brown Whenever change takes place, vulnerability plays a crucial role as we enter uncharted territory. The ability to set boundaries and say no to what we don't want and yes to what makes us feel alive enables us to keep our integrity in this uncertainty. »The workshop is part of the process »Leadership embodied« which is being developed by Ales Kranjc Kuslan, Dejan Srhoj and Katarina Veselko« The workshop is designed and facilitated by Katarina Veselko and Ales Kranjc Kuslan. cam&edit: GEŠESTKA, gaja madzarevic music: Artist: Charlie Bolland - Charlie Bolland Music Playlist: http://bit.ly/CharlieBolland-MFM Track Name: Razor This track's license, Creative Commons Attribution, requires attribution. ZIYA AZAZI - DERVISH IN PROGRESS
6. december 2013│Kino Šiška Dance performance – Ziya Azazi in the dervish dance and the whirl of beauty! Part of At.šiška – Austrian and Slovenian Focus on Contemporary Performing Arts CONCEPT/CHOREOGRAPHY/DANCE: Ziya Azazi MUSIC BY: Mercan Dede LIGHT: Celil Gode COSTUMES: Ischiko SCRIPT: Isin Onol Based in Vienna, dancer/choreographer of Turkish/Syrian origin Ziya Azazi (1969) has been exploring since mid-1990s the experimental dance rotations and repetitions that are mostly known in the dance of the Sufi religious order, Dervishes. It is the Dervish dance that Azazi has acquired as his personal, artistic, conceptual and physical basis, which he builds on in a series of performances. His dance is an impressive encounter of tradition and contemporaneity, the ancient practice of Sufi dance giving the impression of a contemporary dance reference from the times of Modernism when ritual ethnical and dance motifs were a regular feature of modern dance: from Ballet Russes to American modern dance. Azazi has introduced the dervish dance among contemporary dance practises. From the 8th century onwards, ascetic communities were trying to prevent the menacing decay of religious values. Their members were wearing woollen penitential robes (Suf) and preaching the real meaning of Koran verse. Because of their clothing, people soon began to call them Sufis. Members of Sufi orders and solitary wandering beggars are called Dervishes, which is a word of Persian origin for beggar. Sufism was founded by Hasan Al Basri (643−728) who is supposed to have said, “Whoever knows his Lord loves Him, and whoever knows the world does without it.” http://ziyaazazi.com cam&edit: gaja madzarevic

Zanimajo ga meje telesnosti in srečanje specifičnih form, skozi katere lahko skupaj z gledalcem "vstopa" znotraj struktur odrskega prostora in časa. Je eden izmed vročih upov priznane amsterdamske koreografske akademije SNDO Avtor dogodka: Matej Kejžar, Žiga Predan / Produkcija: Pekinpah/Kink Kong / Producent: Žiga Predan / Programerji: Matej Kejžar, Žiga Predan, Leja Jurišić / Umetniški odbor Spider Expand!: Matej Kejžar, Jean Emmanuel Belot, Michaël Pomero, Julien Monty, Marie Goudot, Saša Božić, Roxane Huilmand,Wolfgang Kolb, Renate Graziadei, Arthur Stäldi, Frosini Trousa / Teksti: Andreja Kopač & Pekinpah/King Kong / Tehnični vodja dogodka: Igor Remeta / Zahvale: Jana Wilcoxen, Nina Fajdiga, Saša Šuštar, Saša Lončar, Nina Meško / Festival Pajek so omogočili: Evropska skupnost – program za kulturo (2007−2013), Mestna občina Ljubljana, Ministrstvo za kulturo Republike Slovenija cam&edit: gaja madzarevic

Fičo Balet / PARODOS - full length performance
"Parodos – the entrance of an ancient urban chorus on stage. What is so important that the audience have to see, hear and experience it? Goran Bogdanovski www.ficobalet.org Creative process and choreography: Goran Bogdanovski Created and performed by: Manca Dorrer, Miha Pribošič, Tea Vidmar, Janes Moličnik, Manca Kaliman, Samo Židan, Ana Kandare, Jakob Tomše, Tina Koščak, Sašo Rutar, Katja Kordiš, Priya Balan, Irena Kirn Creative process Assistant: Leja Jurišič Lighting and set design: Igor Remeta in Goran Bogdanovski Costume design: Maja Modrijan and Smetumet Cultural and Ecological Society Sound design and music selection: Goran Bogdanovski Video: Maša Nonković Photo: Peter Uhan Graphic design: Rok Klemenčič Public relations: Jedrt Jež Furlan Technical director: Igor Remeta Production: Fičo Balet In cooperation with: Bunker Ljubljana The project has been supported by: Fičo Balet members, City of Ljubljana and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia Parodos is a performance, more specifically, a series of associative glimpses, a sort of a dancing stream of consciousness. Whatever the creators are experiencing is transformed into movement, glimpses of stories, a series of existence. The glimpses, fragments and thoughts intertwine in a form open enough for us to get involved in it. The threads they weave and move are images of life: work at the studio, protests, loves, trainings, all combinations of relationships, mambo jumbo in all processes, dream sequences, pathology that does not stifle but merely – like a scream from somewhere deep and far – climbs to the top, only to be drowned by the current of life, constantly knitting, combining, composing and decomposing. The springs of multiple thoughts, feelings, instincts and drives burble on the rich surface. The complexity of being and existence is manifested at all its levels. Men fight each other, women cunningly "cater" to men's hormones, together they chant slogans of our current common delusion, they fall into the work light, making us ask: Is all this real? Is it just a dream, an appearance? It is all real and it is only the beginning. They reach back into a distant past to bring us to the point of here and now, taking us far away again ... which they do incessantly. Continuously. Again and again, always and forever ... turns our parodos. Backstreets into the main song, to the core and back again to the edge. And then again... Jedrt Jež Furlan (after seeing the rehearsal on 19 May 2013)

Fičo balet - Trg (The Square)
All the happening is taking place at a square. A town square or a ''square'' in our inner selves. People are walking through the square, and that is all. There is nothing behind it, no higher purpose. The square represents "point zero", where one individual becomes clearer through another. The square is the place where we can find out and see everything or rather notice nothing at all. creative process and choreography: Goran Bogdanovski creation and performance: Manca Dorrer, Petra Guček Tomšič, Julija Magajna, Maja Kavzar, Janja Buzečan, Anja Keber, Manca Kaliman, Maria Maridaki - Čalić, Iva Tratnik, Tina Koščak, Gaja Madžarevič, Miha Tomšič, Miha Pribošič, Miha Jensterle, Samo Židan and Sašo Rutar choreography assistant: Leja Jurišić Cam'n'edit: Maša Nonković cam: Goran Bogdanovski sound: Brane Zorman www.ficobalet.org
